Prompt:
There are numerous worthwhile tutorials and resources online that explain advanced shaders and materials within Blender using planetary and celestial objects as the foundation. For homework, seek out a blender planet building tutorial, follow it, modify it, and make something new from it. Essentially, create your own sci-fi planet or celestial scene.

Process:
I followed Ian's video step-by step but used my own textures and color scheme. I struggled getting the glow on the left side of the planet, for some reason it only appeared on the side with the shadow. I decided to add a "far away" red planet on the side with the shadow so the glow would make a little sense. I also struggled finding and getting a background to not look blurry even when I tried scaling it down.
